Located in a picturesque area, the accommodation at this hotel was a real treat. The spaciousness of the rooms, including the big kitchen and dining room, made it feel like a home away from home. The log burner added a cozy touch to our Christmas stay, and we truly appreciated the comfortable and unfussy decor. The owner and her friendly dog made us feel very welcome, and the surrounding grounds provided us with beautiful walks. we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider returning.
While we had a great experience overall, there were a few minor issues. The master bedroom could benefit from a larger bed, and some attention to detail, such as improving the lighting in the dressing table mirror, would enhance the overall experience.

We stayed at the Bell Tower for a weekend getaway and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the accommodation. The large log burner added a cozy touch, and we appreciated the provided basket of logs. The full kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas, and we found the host's helpful instructions on directions and key collection to be very useful. They even allowed us to arrive early, which was a generous gesture. The welcoming atmosphere continued when we arrived late at night to find the door open, curtains closed, and lights on. It was a relief after a long journey. The quiet yet convenient location and friendly host made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved that dogs were welcome and the abundance of wildlife around the grounds. We'll definitely be returning.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the accommodation was absolutely stunning and offered breathtaking views. the space provided was also quite generous, with a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. I appreciated the complimentary bag of firewood and the fact that there was a lit Christmas tree to add to the cozy atmosphere. the owner was also very welcoming and made us feel right at home during our stay.
I have to say that the decor in certain areas of the accommodation was a bit shabby, particularly the bathroom and the carpet. It was clear that some updates were needed to give the place a more modern and clean look.

The room was cozy, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities, including a large log burner and a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was fine, with beautiful views and quiet surroundings, perfect for exploring Herefordshire. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were even allowed an early check-in, a lovely gesture.
The breakfast experience could be enhanced with a small welcome pack for late arrivals, larger towels, and an extra toilet roll. Though these are minor details, they would add to the experience without any major inconvenience.
